ValuX ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the ValuX iOS application and website at valuxapp.com.

Information We Collect

Automatically collected

• Anonymous device identifier (generated at first app launch if you do not sign in)
• Gameplay data: guesses submitted, scores earned, streaks, cars seen
• App usage and crash data via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics

When you sign in (optional)

• Display name you choose
• Email address (via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google) — used only for account authentication
• Apple or Google account identifier

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the game and save your progress, score, and streak
• To display global leaderboard rankings
• To improve app performance and fix bugs (Crashlytics)
• To measure aggregate app usage (Firebase Analytics — no personally identifiable data)
• To show non-personalised advertisements via Google AdMob (free users)

Advertising

Free users may see rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob. We currently serve non-personalised ads only — AdMob does not use your data to target ads, and no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown.

Premium (ValuX Pro) subscribers see no advertisements.

Data Storage & Third-Party Services

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage) hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics
• Google AdMob — advertising (non-personalised)
• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — optional authentication

Data Retention

Your account data (score, streak, display name) is retained while your account is active. Anonymous accounts are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see below).

Children's Privacy

ValuX is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@valuxapp.com.

You can delete your account data by contacting us. Anonymous users can uninstall the app to stop all future data collection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
